A few years ago, my idea of a perfect night was to go to a bar for a drink or two and stay out until midnight. Now, after work, all I want to do is curl up on my super-deep Lovesac sofa, covered in a huge blanket, and read a book by Emily Henry. But I’m not talking about just any blanket – it has to be (!!) my oversized Lola blanket.
I got this Lola x Tezza blanket over a year ago, and since then, it has become my favorite. When friends come to visit, they always ask me for it. Even acquaintances ask me where I bought it. My roommate Jana even made a TikTok video saying how much she would miss my Lola blanket after she moved out, and it got 2.6 million views. The most common comments were “Add it to your wish list” (great advice) and “Just steal one from your roommate” (I have mixed feelings about this suggestion). Anyway, anyone who touches this blanket is immediately drawn to it.
Would you like to buy one? If possible, I really wish I could send you a fabric sample through the screen so that you can experience its luxurious texture yourself! Unfortunately, technology hasn’t advanced to that level yet, so let’s analyze why everyone on the internet is so obsessed with these blankets – and whether the price is truly worth it.
What exactly is Lola Blankets all about?
I always have some doubts about the various items that appear on TikTok’s recommended page (such as vibrating boards, etc.). So if you have any questions, I totally understand. This brand focuses on “the softest blankets ever” – super fluffy double-sided blankets with luxurious texture, like artificial fur. They come in various colors and sizes (including baby and extra-large sizes. Isn’t that a lot of choices? !) And the price is indeed a bit higher than that of the regular blankets sold at Target.
As for celebrity endorsements, Kourtney Kardashian, Jack Sean, Bethany Frankel, Campbell Puckett, and many other internet influencers have all expressed their love for this brand on social media. Perhaps it’s because they are the best blankets in the world (I know this sounds a bit exaggerated, but after using them for a year, there really is none like them).
Are they durable and can they remain soft? And what will happen after washing?

Recently, I received a brand new blanket from Lola’s autumn collection. The color is a vintage green (by the way, this collection also features many other rich earth tones and gemstone hues). To be honest, I compared it with the blanket I’ve been using for over a year… The new blanket is indeed slightly softer. But to be honest, considering the daily usage frequency of my old blanket at home, this was within my expectations. It still remains in excellent condition and I believe it will be able to accompany me for many more years in the future.
The good news is that these blankets can be machine washed (meaning you don’t have to spend a lot of money on dry cleaning)… provided you do it correctly. Specifically, use a large-capacity washing machine, wash them separately, use cold water and mild detergent, and select the gentle mode. Then – this is very important – you must dry them outside. Never put them in a dryer! If you want the blankets to be fluffier after being completely dried, you can put them in the dryer, but only choose the cool air mode and don’t use the heating function.
How much are Lola Blankets?
Lola’s blankets are available in four different sizes:
Crib (30 x 36 inches): $109
Medium (50 x 60 inches): $249
Large (60 x 72 inches): $299
Lola XL (80 x 90 inches): $399
Are they worth it?
To be honest, $399 is not a small amount. If it exceeds your budget, it’s completely understandable – of course, there are other blankets on the market (though they might not be as soft and comfortable)! However, if you want an upscale blanket and are unsure about whether its quality is worth the price, I can confidently say that it is definitely worth the money. They are thick, of high quality, machine washable, durable, and stylish… They really enhance the style of my sofa and living room, and I know my blanket will last for several years.
So, yes, they are definitely worth the money. I can never go back to ordinary blankets. Truly, I will never be able to.
